All images on this site are protected under international copyright laws.

If you wish to use any of the images on this site for personal or commercial purposes they may be available in either a print and/or electronic format. Licences must be negotiated and agreed in writing prior to any use, including any ‘rough layouts’ or ‘mock up page(s)’ or to show another photographer as an example of a shooting style.

Purchases

The majority of the images on this site are available to purchase as prints or to license for personal use or rights managed commercial use. Purchases are via an email to me , and payment is made by either direct bank transfer or by Paypal transfer. Payment is required prior to despatch of the requested image. All prices quoted will be in Australian dollars ($AUD).

When purchasing a print you agree that Copyright is retained by John H Bardell and that you will not, for any purpose, copy, reproduce, alter, modify, or create derivative works from print.

Alternative prints are handmade on request. The various processes involved can be lengthy. All alternative prints are produced via a contact printing process and presented on high quality, water colour paper.

Currently, I offer personal use licenses as well as commercial use rights managed licenses for photographs.

Personal Use licenses are at no cost and are appropriate for images you’d like to for your personal use, which may include, but is not limited to, using the image for at-home printing, screensaver slideshows, wedding announcements, online personal profiles, etc.

A Rights Managed license means that an image is leased at an agreed fee for a specific explicit purpose for a set period of time. An appropriate Rights Managed fee will be determined based on that usage. Please contact me if you would like to acquire a Rights Managed licence.
